Please note that we do not have a storefront, therefore all orders must be placed online prior to picking it up.
Domestic
We proudly offer FREE SHIPPING on Australian orders over $65 AUD. If your order is under this amount, then we charge a $10 flat delivery fee for all Australian Orders.
Carrier and Costs
Orders shipped in Australia are fulfilled by Australia Post. We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

All International orders are charged according to your destination and weight of your order. Your shipping costs will be quoted in the checkout stage.

Customs and Duty
International orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs, imports or associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Pink Poppy has no control of these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case.
If you have any questions regarding overseas duties and custom charges, please contact your local customs office.
Heavy/Bulky Items
Please note that heavy or bulky items may incur additional charges. We reserve the right to contact you should your delivery charges exceed our cost to ship. You can then choose to proceed with your order with the amended shipping charges or cancel.
When Will My Order Be Dispatched?
Orders received before 1PM AEDT Monday - Friday are shipped on the same day. If your order is placed after this time, it will be dispatched the next business day.
Purchases made on weekends and on Public holidays are processed and dispatched the following business day.
Please note that shipping/delivery times do not include dispatch times. You will receive a dispatch notification email when your order leaves our warehouse with a tracking link.
How Can I Track My Order?
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a dispatch notification email from us or the delivery service. This email will provide you the necessary tracking details for your order.
Christmas and Sale Periods
Please allow extra time for your parcels to arrive during Christmas and the sale periods. During high volume periods & sales dispatch times may vary, therefore it is best to place your order as soon as possible.
Liability
While we do our best to ensure all deliveries reach their final destination, unfortunately this can sometimes be out of our control, therefore we hold no liability for lost or damaged/delayed products.
When checking out, please ensure that your shipping and contact details are entered correctly.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, Pink Poppy are no longer liable for any delays, losses or additional charges. This includes any additional charges placed by the customs of the country being imported into and enquiries regarding Australia Post.
